Electric Car to be Built in N. Las Vegas

This was a big economic development announcement by Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval; Faraday Future planing to build a $1 Billion factory near North Las Vegas in 900-acre. This project will create around 4500 jobs in Las Vegas and Nevada citizens.  Not surprised too much when Chinese Billionaire Jia Yueting announced that he is backing the Faraday Future for this project. Let’s just hope that Chinese technology and materials won’t be involved in this national project.

Faraday Future Inaugural Manufacturing Facility, North Las Vegas, NV

Th Faraday Future’s headquarter is in Silicon Valley and its vehicle research and development is based on Los Angeles California and at the same time it has offices in Germany and China. According to Jia, they are international team with employees from more than 40 countries that gives them a world view on mobility.  They plan to revolutionize the automobile industry by creating an integrated, intelligent mobility system that protects the earth and improves the living environment of mankind, so that every one ca breath clean air and enjoy a seamlessly connected lifestyle. The see Tesla, the other electric car company as a partner and not competitor against gasoline fueled car companies.

Chinese billionaire Jia Yueting backing Faraday Future, builder of a $1 billion factory near Las Vegas

Faraday’s concept vehicle was unveil on January 4, 2016 at CES (the Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas, Nevada and they are hoping to bring a car to market as early as 2017.
The state officials estimated that this project will create 13,000 direct and indirect jobs and will generate $760 million in tax revenue over 20 years.

The least can be expected from this project is a second option to Tesla if that is not a favorite car of yours. A new electric car is a cleaner weather and future. Less burning fuel, less effect in global warming issue.
